Halfway through this painting I realised why I am actually painting this. September 2021 for me was a difficult month, I was on a crossroad with so many directions, not sure which way to go. The decision I initially thought is going to be the best for me was like this tree, it grew back into the earth and didn’t want to release any leaves, fruit, or life… Had to find the way out of this mental struggle. And I did. There is always a way out, sometimes it just takes time to see it clearly, even if there is absolutely nothing else to see.
