Roots are weak in the new place; they need time to grow. Everything is new, unfamiliar, but exciting. I am absorbing sounds, smells, and colors. Some things, some beliefs will disappear, while others will take their place. Whatever happens, I am excited for this new chapter. This painting is about feeling the world and allowing it to change you from within.
